Range Sports Returns and Refunds Policy

Thanks for shopping with Range Sports UK,  In the unfortunate event you are not satisfied with a purchase you have made through us, we are more than happy to help you resolve the situation.

 

Returning an item

If you are returning an item you purchased through us you have 14 calendar days to cancel and return the item from the date that you received it, however you must meet the following criteria in order for us to refund your money:

  • First you must contact us to inform us that you would like to cancel your purchase so we can provide a cancellation reference.
  • Item must be returned in the packaging it came in.
  • The item must be unused and so it is in suitable quality to be resold, if the item has been used it will not be eligible for refund (Range Sports will not resell used, damaged or second hand items).
  • You must be able to provide proof of the purchase such as a receipt.

 

The Refund Process

  1. You ship/send the unused item back in its original packaging to us. Upon receiving your returned item and receiving valid proof of your purchase, we then inspect it and inform you that the item is back in our possession.
  2. We will inform you on status of the inspection in regards to proceeding with your requested refund.
  3. If the refunded item passes the inspection process you will receive your refund through same method in which you paid for it within a particular number of days depending on your method of payment.
  4. If all the criteria above is met you will receive your refund in a as timely fashion as possible, however Range Sports is not responsible for the shipping cost of any returned products. the shipping cost for a returned product is non-refundable, therefore the cost of shipping your product back to us will be deducted from the refund we provide you.
